As AI rapidly reshapes the UK workforce, Colorintech, in partnership with Google.org and the Centre for Public Impact, launched the AI For Everyone program.
Our mission was clear: to bridge the digital divide by equipping underserved communities with the practical, job-ready AI skills needed to thrive in an evolving economy.
The results are in, and the impact is measurable. From boosting productivity to securing new career opportunities, our 2025 Impact Report highlights how inclusive upskilling is transforming lives and the UK economy.

The program reached 805 applicants across 11 cohorts and 6 major regions in England.

- Economic Impact: The program generated an estimated £1,119,652 for the UK economy in 2025.
- Time Reclaimed: Participants save an average of 3.28 hours of work per week.
Career Advancement:
- Over 25% of participants secured a new role, promotion, or internship within six months.
- Increased Productivity: 97.1% of learners reported a boost in their daily productivity.

Our hybrid training model combined online learning with live workshops, focusing on prompt engineering, ethics, bias, and security. By the end of the program, participants didn't just understand AI—they knew how to use it."Automation of repetitive tasks ranked highest for impact," allowing our community to focus on higher-value work.

We are proud to champion diversity in tech. Our 2025 cohorts were composed of:
- 55.6% Women.
- 61.7% from Black, Asian, and minority ethnic backgrounds.
- 62.5% from professional services and non-tech backgrounds.
