We’re delighted to welcome Depop to the Colorintech family as our newest Advance corporate partner.

In the last few months getting to know Depop, we’ve been amazed by their bold commitment to racial equity and diversity and their thirst for how to do better in this area.

As with many of our partnerships, Depop is viewing this work as a long term endeavour and we will be working on initiatives that introduce Depop to our community of diverse talent, provide opportunities for Depoppers to support our upskill development programmes and leverage the latest DEI best practices and insights to assist in creating an inclusive and diverse culture.

Depop is driven to create a community where everyone feels included, represented and valued in the workplace. We aim to do this by fostering our Depop DNA - putting our community first, being adaptable to the varying needs of our people while creating an inclusive, impactful and collaborative working environment.

Depop has not only committed to increasing Black and POC employees, but also in using their platform to increase the presence of these communities as sellers. as a tool to equalise entry into the fashion world.

In addition to partnering with us on their journey, Depop has donated $10,000 to the NAACP, Black & Pink, The Okra Project, LGBTQ Freedom Fund, and has hired their first Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Chinny Okolidoh. In this role, Chinny will bring her wide-ranging experience and enthusiasm for our community to ensure that we are embedding DEI into the heart of everything we do.
