eBay becomes our latest future talent partner
We’re delighted to welcome eBay as our latest Colorintech supporter and our newest Future Talent partner. Over the last few months, we’ve gotten really close to the leadership team at eBay and have been impressed by their genuine commitment to celebrating inclusion, broadening representation, and commitment to building a diverse organisation.
Katie John - Head of Recruiting, eBay noted
In particular, we are excited to partner with eBay with Colorintech on its 2021 Graduate Programme.
‘We are really excited to be partnering with Colorintech on our 2021 graduate programme. Diversity and inclusion is at the heart of everything we do at eBay and we’re looking forward to meeting lots of fantastic talent through our partnership.’
Hiring five talented graduates, this scheme will enable the successful applicants to be part of eBay’s Marketing & Communications, B2B, C2C and Business Development teams on a rotational basis. The cohort will gain a thorough understanding of the eBay UK business and be involved with projects and key retail moments including Black Friday.
Working from home at the moment, the teams have been connecting virtually through team days that have included cooking sessions, cocktail making, and sessions hosted by our Communities of Inclusion. When the teams are based in their Richmond office, busy working days are broken up by exercise classes, massages, and Friday socials.
Applications will open to the scheme at the end of November with assessment centres taking place at the start of 2021 for a July start date.
eBay also joined us at Black Tech fest, so do check out what the business is up to on topics of Financial inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility.
